Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting our time and scheduling commitments. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total service fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance can be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the 50% fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
